“Sarah has been working as the Moonbug Education & Nature Consultant on Lellobee City Farm since April 2023, where she reviews show premises to a high standard, setting the bar for the series. This is essential so that the team can create entertaining and educational videos for the 3-5 year old audience. Sarah demonstrates brilliant communication skills, and works promptly and efficiently. Sarah links the premise to the National Curriculum, highlighting which areas of the National Curriculum each premise focuses on.”

“Sarah has been a key part of our Spring and Summer Garden Open Days when she has delivered Nature Wellbeing Workshops to groups of visiting pupils. Her incredibly well thought through and planned sessions have left all those involved feeling positive and happy having taken part in fun activities. Sarah not only links the work to nature and the world around the pupils but she is quick to pick up on the requirements of those taking part and adapt her plans to meet the needs of individuals”
Mr Charlie Olive, Blundell’s School
“Sarah is an extraordinary ball of energy and positivity. Sarah sees gaps in provision and rises to any challenges with the entrepreneurial spirit that she is gifted with. Over the last two years, our refugee families and our Ukrainian guests have found their time with Sarah’s enterprise as a huge gift, distracting them from their memories of trauma and their daily challenges of navigating life in a place where language isn’t easy and as such, work can be hard to find. Sarah’s love of being in Nature and embracing the outdoor life is something contagious that all who spend time with her, come to love for themselves.”
Susannah Baker, MBE. The Pickwell Foundation. Refugee and Asylum Director
“As part of an Environmental Educational teacher training package, Sarah led two very informative days educating the school staff about the impacts of climate change in our local area and how we can teach this to our students. Sarah was very knowledgeable, accommodating and made the training days fun and engaging.”

“What a treat! In January, Prospect House was visited by Sarah who delivered a fantastic and incredibly informative workshop on the environment and sustainability. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about each area of sustainability and delivered every session with so much energy and passion. The children loved getting their hands dirty in the numerous activities she had planned. These well planned activities not only taught the children about the impact of humans on the planet, but enhanced their understanding of the many different ways in which they could look after the planet. We are looking forward to welcoming Sarah back next year!”
Sophie Huckfield, Prospect House Class Teacher
“The North Devon Coast AONB supported Environmental Educational Consultancy with one of their outdoor education project with a Sustainable Development Fund grant (funded by Defra). The project involved leading two teacher training days to different schools in Torridge focused on educating the staff about the AONB and the impacts of climate change in North Devon as well as creating an education resource pack for educators specific to Torridge which can be used in the future. The schools and teachers have given very positive feedback from Sarah’s training days and resource pack.”
-Laura Corolan, AONB
“Sarah led 2 very informative teacher and support staff training days focussing specifically on practical plans for students across all key stages, interesting resource ideas, learning about the AONB and the impact of Climate Change in Torridge.
